HP, Dell Copied Computer Display IP, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co., Dell Inc., BlackBerry and others were hit with patent infringement suits Friday in Texas federal court accusing them of ripping off patented inventions for increasing the light output and the energy efficiency of computer and cellphone screens.
