Debevoise Helps Tribune Land $2.7B TV Station Deal

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Chicago-based Tribune Co. has agreed to acquire all 19 stations held by private equity-owned Local TV Holdings LLC in 16 markets for $2.725 billion, a transaction that will make the company the largest commercial television station owner in the country.
