Kodak Seeks Voting Extension For Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (July 01, 2013, 5:25 PM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Friday sought additional time to collect votes for its reorganization plan without the threat of rival plans being filed, telling a New York bankruptcy judge that it won’t be able to meet the current deadline.

The iconic photography pioneer asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Allan L. Gropper to push the July 31 deadline to gather creditor votes without the possibility of other plans being filed back to Sept. 19. The judge signed off on Kodak’s disclosure statement in late June.
