Greens Ask Cuomo To Fly Solo On Solar If NY Bills Fail

Law360, New York (July 01, 2013, 6:28 PM ET) -- Environmentalists on Monday urged Gov. Andrew Cuomo to use his executive power to expand solar development in New York state if lawmakers in Albany fail to reconcile differences over tax breaks in two otherwise similar bills that have passed the state Legislature.
