Ex-Dow Chemical Exec Snared In $1M Insider Trading Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 01, 2013, 9:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed suit Monday against a former Dow Chemical Co. executive and two of his associates, accusing the trio of unlawfully gaining more than $1 million through insider trades ahead of a 2008 announcement that Dow would acquire Rohm and Haas Co.
