Antofagasta Inks Deal For 40% Of Hydroelectric Project

Law360, Los Angeles (July 2, 2013, 4:54 PM EDT) -- Chilean mining company Antofagasta Minerals SA on Tuesday entered into a binding agreement with AES Gener SA to acquire 40 percent of Alto Maipo SpA, a company incorporated to develop, construct, own and operate two run-of-river hydroelectric power stations.
