CMS Plans 9% Cut To Dialysis Cos., Prompting Outcry

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on Monday proposed to slash payments to dialysis centers by 9.4 percent next year, drawing a swift backlash from kidney care providers who accused the agency of cutting deeper than Congress intended.
