UnitedHealth Beats Starr Defense Over $350M Deal Coverage

Law360, New York (July 02, 2013, 6:37 PM ET) -- A federal jury handed UnitedHealth Group Inc. a major victory Monday in sprawling litigation over coverage for its $350 million settlement with the American Medical Association and others, finding the company properly notified Starr Excess Liability Insurance International Ltd. about the claim.
