Judge Tosses MVS' Challenge To Grumman Satellite Contract

Law360, New York (July 02, 2013, 10:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has thrown out a challenge by MVS USA Inc. of a defense contract award for satellite communications services that went to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., finding that its challenge is unavailing, according to an opinion unsealed Tuesday.
