Jailed Ex-Tyco Chief Kozlowski Denied New Parole Hearing

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- Disgraced former Tyco International Ltd. CEO Dennis Kozlowski, who was convicted of looting the firm, must remain in prison for the time being after a New York state appeals court on Tuesday rejected his parole application.
