Chase Punch-In Rules Stiff Workers Out Of Pay, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 6:08 PM ET) -- A former employee is accusing JPMorgan Chase & Co. of cheating its loan processors out of compensation for hours they put in and of failing to pay them overtime, according to a proposed collective action filed in Florida federal court Tuesday.
