Fed, FDIC Release 4 Banks' 'Living Will' Outlines

Law360, Washington (July 02, 2013, 8:26 PM ET) -- The Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. on Tuesday released the so-called living wills of four banks, including Wells Fargo & Co. and HSBC Holdings PLC, giving the public a broad overview of the liquidation plans in case the banks go under.

Wells Fargo, HSBC, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and and BNP Paribas SA all fall under the category of nonbank financial institutions and bank holding companies with assets between $100 billion and $250 billion, whose plans were due on Monday....
