Pollution Exclusion Applies To GrafTech Suits, Insurers Say

Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 9:00 PM ET) -- Several insurers on Tuesday asked a New York federal judge to find they have no duty to cover graphite products manufacturer GrafTech International Ltd. in litigation centered on employees’ alleged chemical exposure, saying the claims fall under a pollution exclusion and are subject to a deductible.
