Nurses Union's Add-On To Printed CBAs Unlawful, NLRB Rules

Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 7:13 PM ET) -- A nurses union's decision to print information about workers' rights on copies of a collective bargaining agreement intended for distribution to employees at a California hospital ran afoul of federal labor law, the National Labor Relations Board ruled Tuesday.
