BP Workers Seek To Revive Abraham Watkins Malpractice Suit

Law360, Houston (July 03, 2013, 3:58 PM ET) -- Former BP PLC employees injured in a refinery explosion have asked a Texas appeals court to revive a malpractice suit that alleged Abraham Watkins Nichols Sorrels Agosto & Friend LLP forced them to settle personal injury claims worth millions for pennies on the dollar.
