Versata Slams SAP's Bid To Stay $391M Patent Award

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Versata Software Inc. has blasted SAP America Inc. for asking the Federal Circuit to stay a $391 million damages award against the software giant in a patent infringement suit, accusing SAP of perverting the cost-saving goals of the America Invents Act in doing so.
