MF Global, JPMorgan Deal Unlocking $1B Gets Judges' OK

Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 8:58 PM ET) -- MF Global Inc. and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA on Wednesday received the final go-ahead from two federal judges to implement their settlement that will free up approximately $1 billion in recovery for customers who sustained massive losses when the brokerage collapsed in 2011, as well as resolve class actions.
