Defense Contractor To Pay $5.75M In Whistleblower Case Deal

Law360, Miami (July 03, 2013, 8:39 PM ET) -- Defense contractor Sciences Applications International Corp. will pay the federal government $5.75 million to settle a lawsuit alleging violations under the False Claims Act for misleading the General Services Administration in the awarding of a contract, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
