Marvel Says Judge Should Decide 'Ghost Rider' Rights Case

Law360, New York (July 03, 2013, 6:27 PM ET) -- Marvel Enterprises Inc. on Wednesday sought to have an upcoming trial that will determine whether it owns the rights to the "Ghost Rider" character decided by a judge rather than a New York jury.
