DOD Faces Hurdles To Recoup $282M Food Payments: Report

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense may be unable to recover $282 million in overpayments on a contract to deliver food to troops in Afghanistan because of poor contract documentation and weak oversight, according to a Wednesday report from the DOD's inspector general.
