Law360, New York (July 08, 2013, 9:32 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday reversed a jury award given to a couple who said their property value dropped after a sand dune was built behind their beachfront home, a decision that could facilitate the construction of a protective dune system along the coast.
