Policy Ambiguities Favor Insured, Fla. High Court Says

Law360, Miami (July 8, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Wednesday found that an ambiguity existed in a Washington National Insurance Corp. home health care policy under dispute in a federal class action, and told the Eleventh Circuit that under state law, its ruling should thus favor the policyholders.
