Officials Rushed $3B Ind. Highway Project, Enviros Tell Judge

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A pair of environmental groups asked a federal judge on Friday to block part of a $3 billion, 142-mile expansion of Interstate 69, saying the Indiana Department of Transportation flouted administrative procedure laws by threatening to displace landowners before environmental assessments were finalized.
