7th Circ. Junks Overbilling Claims Against Walgreen, Par

Law360, Los Angeles (July 08, 2013, 9:01 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday affirmed the dismissal of a putative class action alleging Walgreen Co. and Par Pharmaceutical Cos. overcharged insurance companies and third-party payors for generic versions of Zantac and Prozac, saying the suit didn't sufficiently claim the companies' actions were fraudulent.
