Winner May Appeal Unfavorable Parts Of Ruling: 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 08, 2013, 8:17 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit ruled Monday that it can weigh in on an appeal brought by the winner of a trademark infringement dispute, even though the winner challenged a part of the ruling that didn't determine the case's outcome.

In a published opinion, the Eleventh Circuit said it has jurisdiction to review such appeals in a long-running dispute involving rival manufacturers of tennis racket-grip tape.
