Toshiba Can't Exit Best Buy LCD Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (July 09, 2013, 1:12 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday denied Toshiba Corp.'s late-stage bid to escape Best Buy Co. Inc.'s claims in multidistrict litigation, saying there was enough evidence to suggest that Toshiba may have conspired to fix liquid crystal display prices.
