Macquarie Unloads 22-MW Solar Development To PE-Led Pair

Shaw & Co. teamed up with cleantech investor Bright Plain Renewable Energy LLC to scoop up a 21.9-megawatt solar power development in California from a division of Macquarie Group Ltd., seizing on heightened market demand for renewable energy, the firms said Tuesday.
