NLRB, DOJ Sign Deal To Cooperate On Employer Violations

Law360, Los Angeles (July 09, 2013, 10:08 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board and the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division entered an agreement Monday to collaborate with one another to help employees dealing with immigration and discrimination issues.

The DOJ Civil Rights Division’s Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices and the National Labor Relations Board formalized their partnership Monday with a memorandum of understanding that assured cooperation between agents in both offices.
