CFPB Atty Joins Alston & Bird's Capital Markets Practice

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Alston & Bird LLP has lured a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau attorney to the firm’s capital markets practice in Washington, D.C., where he will advise companies on regulatory compliance for residential mortgages and consumer finance, the firm said Tuesday.

R. Colgate Selden will counsel clients on federal and state mortgage banking, consumer credit and ancillary services regulatory compliance issues, the firm said.
