Ga. Appeals Court Overturns Ex-Glock GC's Conviction

Law360, Chicago (July 9, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A Georgia appeals court on Tuesday threw out the conviction of Glock Inc.’s former general counsel, finding charges that he stole millions of dollars and a firearm from the gun manufacturer were time-barred.

Paul Jannuzzo, who was sentenced to seven years in prison last year on racketeering and theft charges, had both of his convictions reversed by a unanimous three-judge panel, according to an opinion filed with the Georgia Court of Appeals.
