Developer Can't Shake Hoboken Condo Owners' Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday upheld a condominium association's state consumer fraud act claims targeting the building's developer over allegedly shoddy construction, but cut damages the association received for replacement windows, saying the issue is best addressed by individual unit owners.
