House GOP Slams EPA’s Cost Analysis Of Clean Air Rules

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 6:57 PM ET) -- House Republicans on Tuesday demanded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provide information on how it analyzes the potential costs of its Clean Air Act rulemakings, claiming the agency’s cost analysis ignores the economywide impacts of its rules as well as their effects on jobs.
