Fiat Industrial Shareholders Approve $1.5B CNH Merger

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Shareholders of Fiat Industrial SpA on Tuesday approved an estimated $1.5 billion merger with construction equipment maker CNH Global NV, paving the way for the deal to close within the next few weeks.
