HHS Gives Health Centers $150M To Bolster ACA Enrollment

Law360, Washington (July 10, 2013, 6:54 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday unfurled another $150 million in grants for community health centers that will assist individuals in signing up for the Affordable Care Act's health insurance exchanges.

According to the department, 1,159 health centers across the country will receive portions of the $150 million, which could help them hire nearly 3,000 additional workers to conduct outreach and bolster participation in the state exchanges.
