Prison Officers Say NJ County Stiffed Them On Overtime

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 8:52 PM ET) -- Atlantic County, N.J.’s Department of Public Safety on Tuesday was hit with a putative class action in New Jersey federal court brought by two current employees who allege the department is illegally withholding overtime pay for its correctional officers.
