NYC Let Modular Building Skirt Contractor Rules, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 9:46 PM EDT) -- Two building and plumbing groups hit the city of New York with a lawsuit in state court Tuesday over its April decision to exempt a 32-story modular residential building being developed in Brooklyn by Forest City Ratner Cos. from restrictions on which contractors can perform plumbing and fire suppression work.
