Icahn Urges Dell Shareholders To Fight For Their Rights

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 7:04 PM ET) -- Billionaire investor Carl Icahn on Wednesday made another aggressive move in an ongoing, first-of-its-kind effort to thwart the $24.4 billion buyout of Dell Inc., this time by penning a letter to his fellow shareholders asking that they join the ranks of those asking a judge to place a value on their stock.
