Ex-Goldman Exec Can't Keep 'Fabulous Fab' Email Out Of Trial

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 1:33 PM ET) -- Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Fabrice Tourre lost a bid Wednesday to keep an email in which he refers to trades he created as “monstruosities” out of his upcoming trial over government allegations that he defrauded investors through a collateralized debt obligation tied to mortgage-backed securities.
