Arthrex Can't Dodge KFx Patent Suit Over Suture IP

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday refused to toss a patent suit filed by device maker KFx Medical Corp. against rival Arthrex Inc., rejecting the claim that the patents were invalid and uninfringed.

U.S. District Judge Dana M.
