Nev. Gaming Agency Approves First Casino-Focused REIT Split

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- Penn National Gaming Inc.'s plan to split its real estate assets into the first casino-focused real estate investment trust has won an important approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board, according to a Wednesday announcement.
