DOE Says Climate Change Threatens US Energy Infrastructure

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 4:21 PM ET) -- Rising temperatures and extreme weather caused by climate change will lead to more breakdowns of critical U.S. energy infrastructure, including power plants and the nation's electric grid, according to a U.S. Energy Department report released Thursday.
