Ampal Trustee Says CEO Must Be Included In Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 4:47 PM ET) -- The Chapter 7 trustee overseeing Ampal-American Israel Corp.'s wind-down urged a New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday to include the energy investment company's CEO as part of the bankruptcy entity so he can obtain "critical" information from him about Ampal's finances.
