Reader's Digest Outlines Latest Restructuring Plan

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 4:56 PM ET) -- The Reader’s Digest Association Inc. unveiled its latest restructuring plan Wednesday, with the company planning to focus on its profitable North American print and growing digital businesses, as it prepares to emerge from Chapter 11 for the second time in less than four years.
