NJ's Enviro Agency Accused Of Skipping Out On Settlements

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 9:22 PM EDT) -- Cumberland Farms Inc. has asked a New Jersey court to compel the state’s Department of Environmental Protection to honor unresolved settlements over alleged contamination at 54 of the gas station chain's locations, which the company says it has satisfied with cash payments and land donations.
