Halliburton Asks High Court To Nix ERISA Class Action

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 7:18 PM ET) -- Halliburton Co. recently urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a ruling that revived a putative class action accusing it of improperly cutting retirement benefits for workers at a former subsidiary, asking the justices to resolve a circuit split over when retirement plan members can sue.
