Firing Of 'Irresistible' Woman Legal, Top Court Repeats

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 2:05 PM ET) -- The Iowa Supreme Court on Friday unanimously reaffirmed its previous ruling that a dentist's firing of his assistant at his wife’s behest because she was an "irresistible" temptation didn't constitute sex discrimination, saying the "isolated" decision was based on the doctor's relationship to the employee, not her gender.
