Janet Napolitano Resigns Homeland Security Post

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 3:58 PM ET) -- Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said on Friday that she would resign her post to become the new president of the University of California system, ending a tenure marked by a push to demand employers verify the legal immigration status of their workers.
