Texas Senate Sends Abortion Restriction Bill To Governor

Law360, Dallas (July 14, 2013, 5:53 PM ET) -- The Texas Senate late Friday approved a series of controversial abortion restrictions, sending the bill to the governor as Democrats in the state vowed to continue their fight against the new law in court, criticizing its impact on how women could access abortions as unconstitutional.
