US-China Talks Yield Audit Doc Disclosure Deal

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 3:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. made gains in a long-standing impasse Friday over the regulation of U.S.-listed Chinese companies, emerging from bilateral investment talks with a deal in which China has agreed to hand over audit documents to American regulators.
