Ex-Gersten Savage Partners' Unpaid Wages Suit Pared

Law360, New York (July 13, 2013, 1:10 AM ET) -- A New York judge on Monday refused to dismiss most claims in a $5 million suit accusing the Gersten Savage LLP founder of misusing firm funds and denying partners their promised compensation, even as the judge scrapped all the claims of one of the two partners who sued.
